Customer Satisfaction and Returns Process

Welcome to Scoor Craft Creations.  We provide you with unique handmade gifts.  We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.  Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand how you can return or exchange items.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.

Some items exempt are exempt from being returned, including:

• Custom or personalised orders

Please be aware that all our slate products can be irregular due to the natural material.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at scoorcraftcreations@gmail.com or use the contact form on the website and please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for a return authorisation from us.  We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
3. Pack your item securely and provide the return authorisation number.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will  automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.  If you have done all of this and you have still not received your refund please contact us at scoorcraftcreations@gmail.com or use the contact form on the website

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for for the same product please contact us at scoorcraftcreations@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue and photographic evidence.  We will provide you instructions of the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can not be returned these include:

Shipping

To return a product, you should send your item to Scoor Craft Creations, Scoor House, Bunessan , lsle of Mull, PA67 6DW.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
